The antler shank on this black blasted cobra from German carver, Dirk Heinemann, is thick and particularly pale with natural grooves showcased in the natural material.  The sandblasted bowl has growth rings oriented to the shape and causes the two seams to seem a little wider, as if swollen out from the bowl.  Smooth and beveled on the rim, this swooping bent shape is almost sinister in proportion and as expected from the exceptional artisanal craftsman who made it, features a marvelously drilled sweet spot sized chamber and open smooth draft.
